Business Development Manager
EHM, part of the Bunzl Safety group, is looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our external sales team. This is a field-based role covering Suffolk and Norfolk, with a key focus on developing opportunities linked to contractors operating on and around the Sizewell site. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and maximising market share across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across Suffolk and Norfolk
- Develop and manage relationships with contractors working on and around Sizewell
- Grow existing customer accounts and increase share of wallet
- Collaborate across Bunzl Safety businesses to deliver a joined-up customer offering
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Represent EHM professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry events
About You
- Proven track record in business development or field sales
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with contractors, construction, or industrial sectors (desirable)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
