About The Role

In this role, you will support the full lifecycle of bid activity across the UK region, working closely with our Senior Bid Coordinator, Business Development Managers, and technical experts. You will help produce compelling, compliant, and beautifully presented submissions that reflect the quality of our work and the strength of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the journey of each bid from kick‑off to submission, orchestrating stakeholders and timelines to deliver polished, compliant proposals.
  • Analyse tender documentation with a sharp eye, distilling requirements and ensuring every submission hits the mark.
  • Partner with technical teams, designers, and subject matter experts to transform complex ideas into compelling, visually striking content.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline, ensuring the Business Development team always operates with clarity and confidence.
  • Capture best practice and contribute fresh thinking to our bid libraries, helping elevate the quality and consistency of submissions across the business.

About You

  • Experience in coordinating bids or proposals, with the confidence to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability, able to turn technical information into persuasive, client‑focused narratives.
  • Impeccable organisational skills, thriving in fast‑paced environments where no two days look the same.
  • Strong command of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools, with an eye for brand alignment and design quality.
  • Familiarity with the worlds of architecture, engineering, or construction, and enthusiasm for complex, creative projects.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and working under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
