About the Role

This is more than a reception role - it's about creating a lasting impression. You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and managing front desk operations
  • Handling calls, emails, and queries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting office events
  • Managing post, couriers, travel bookings, and access cards
  • Supporting Right to Work checks and liaising with facilities teams
  • Keeping our client-facing spaces immaculate and inviting
  • Proactively identifying ways to improve the Front of House experience

About You

  • Previous experience in a busy Front of House or receptionist role
  • Confident communicator with strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and emotionally intelligent
  • Highly organised with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A team player who enjoys connecting with people and making things happen
