About the Role
This is more than a reception role - it's about creating a lasting impression. You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and managing front desk operations
- Handling calls, emails, and queries
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting office events
- Managing post, couriers, travel bookings, and access cards
- Supporting Right to Work checks and liaising with facilities teams
- Keeping our client-facing spaces immaculate and inviting
- Proactively identifying ways to improve the Front of House experience
About You
- Previous experience in a busy Front of House or receptionist role
- Confident communicator with strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, spreadsheets)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and emotionally intelligent
- Highly organised with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- A team player who enjoys connecting with people and making things happen
