Personal Assistant

This hybrid role, based in Bath, Leeds, or Manchester, offers the opportunity to develop core PA skills in a supportive environment, providing essential administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include managing workload, coordinating meetings, producing accurate documentation, and collaborating with colleagues.

About The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and organisational support to help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business. You’ll manage your own workload, carry out tasks accurately and efficiently, and work confidently within established processes. With guidance and development, you’ll build capability quickly and grow your understanding of best‑practice PA support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business through high‑quality administrative and organisational support.
  • Managing your own workload and priorities with confidence, knowing when to progress tasks independently and when to seek guidance.
  • Coordinating meetings and supporting logistics, ensuring everything is well organised, prepared and delivered on time.
  • Producing accurate, well‑presented documentation and maintaining shared files in line with company standards.
  • Working closely with Executive Assistants and colleagues across the business to support effective collaboration.
  • Following established processes and protocols while building a strong understanding of best‑practice PA support.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Taking a proactive approach to learning, developing your skills and building knowledge to support your progression within the PA/EA pathway.

What We Are Looking For

  • An interest in developing a career as a Personal Assistant or within Business Support.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills with a detail‑focused, methodical approach.
  • Reliable, efficient and confident managing your own workload.
  • A clear communicator and supportive team player.
  • Comfortable following processes and working to agreed standards.
  • Eager to learn, develop and build your understanding of the role.
