Project Manager

This role involves leading strategic change initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and working with senior stakeholders. The position is based in Bath or London with hybrid working.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and business change projects
  • Apply governance and assurance frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Engage and align stakeholders across the business
  • Identify and implement improvements to tools, templates, and processes
  • Report on project progress, risks, and resource needs
  • Contribute to a collaborative, delivery-minded team culture

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on project or programme delivery experience
  • APM, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong skills in governance, scheduling, risk, and change control
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
  • Experience with tools like MS Project, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Excel
  • A flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Desirable Extras

  • Experience in the built environment or professional services
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g. ISO, PAS 2080, WELL)
