What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Head of Internal Communications in creating engaging content for newsletters, presentations, and company-wide announcements.
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of major internal events, including our annual Partners’ Conference and company awards programme.
  • Managing and updating content on our SharePoint-based intranet, and contributing to its redesign.
  • Coordinating internal communications calendars and distributing updates across multiple channels.
  • Collaborating with design teams to produce visually compelling content.
  • Providing support across marketing campaigns, including social media and website initiatives.
  • Handling team administration tasks such as travel booking, budgeting, and organising team activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a Marketing and Communications team, ideally with a related degree.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with an eye for creative content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Experience with design platforms like Adobe and Canva is a plus.
  • A proactive, organised individual with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Someone eager to learn new skills – whether it’s video editing, photography, or design.
