Key Responsibilities

• Planned Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Repairs on Electrical Systems
• Supporting Other Engineers With Maintenance and Repair Work Across Sites
• Completing Maintenance Tasks Within Agreed Timeframes and KPIs
• Carrying Out Minor Repairs and General Building Maintenance Duties
• Ensuring Tools and Equipment Are Maintained and Available for Use
• Travelling to Sites Across Reigate, Aldershot, Oxted, Woking and Caterham
• Maintaining Accurate Job Updates Using the Mercury Reporting System
• Professionally representing the Company on Client Sites

Skills and Experience

• NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Equivalent Qualification
• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Desirable)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience Working in Commercial or Facilities Maintenance Environments
• Strong Fault Finding and Problem Solving Skills
• Ability to Work Independently Across Multiple Sites
• Full UK Driving Licence
