Supermarket Refrigeration Engineer – North Wales
We’re recruiting for a refrigeration engineer supporting supermarket refrigeration systems across North Wales within a long-term retail maintenance programme.
This role offers structured coverage, strong technical backing and progression opportunities into CO₂ pack environments.
The role
Deliver refrigeration maintenance across store refrigeration assets supporting operational performance across multiple retail sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive diagnostics and repair
- Supporting CO₂ systems (training available)
- Minor installations and system modifications
- Participation in standby rota (1 in 4)
Supported by scheduling and technical service teams.

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration
- F-Gas Category 1
- Full UK driving licence
Supermarket refrigeration experience beneficial but not essential.
