Job Title: Architect (Part 3 / ARB Registered)

The Role

We're looking for a qualified architect to join our team, contributing to projects across a range of scales and sectors. You'll work across the full design process, from concept through to completion, and play an active role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clients and contractors, and resolving technical challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technically robust, design-led work across healthcare, education, and other sectors
  • Managing defined work packages with awareness of project budgets and programme
  • Identifying and resolving key technical details and compliance requirements
  • Supporting and mentoring Part 1 and Part 2 colleagues
  • Contributing to studio culture, day-to-day management, and business development

About You

  • ARB registered with RIBA Part 3
  • Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction types, and building systems
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; BIM coordination experience is a plus
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who's self-motivated and eager to grow
