[Employer hidden] is a private, 9-surgery practice in Nottingham with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care. Following a recent refurbishment and the addition of a brand-new surgery, this is a great time to join and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the practice’s development.

Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from excellent bus, tram, and train links, you’ll be joining a supportive, friendly team that genuinely enjoys working together, with regular social events and a positive culture.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware manager who wants to make a real impact. Building on an already strong team, you will focus on enhancing the patient journey, improving operational performance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development

Operational Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Monitor KPIs and improve processes to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards

Financial Performance

  • Drive revenue growth and support delivery of P&L targets
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
  • Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to optimise results

Marketing & Growth

  • Work with the central marketing team on campaigns, website updates, and social media
  • Increase patient enquiries and strengthen the practice’s local presence
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and enhance the patient experience

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a background in healthcare or a clinical environment (dental experience is a plus but not essential), who has proven experience leading larger teams. You’ll bring strong commercial awareness, including working with KPIs and P&L, and be a confident leader who can inspire others while maintaining high standards. You should be highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with experience supporting marketing initiatives and driving business growth.
