About the Role
[Employer hidden], part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a Part-Time EYFS Level 2 Teaching Assistant. The role involves working 13 hours per week, specifically on Mondays and Tuesdays, for 39 weeks per year. The primary purpose of this role is to provide pupils with classroom support. The position commences as soon as possible.
About You
- Experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and dedicated to improving children’s life chances through education
- Highly organised, conscientious, and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with colleagues, parents, and pupils
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to use initiative
- Ability to work flexibly and professionally
