About this Role

[Employer hidden] is a friendly school serving the local community and surrounding areas. We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our school. In this role you will be working 1 hour per day from 11:45 to 13.15, term time only 38 weeks per year,

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children during the midday break.

  • Supervise in the playground, classrooms, corridors, cloakrooms, toilets, etc and escort children between premises where necessary.
  • To engage children in positive play by instigating playground games making sure children have an enjoyable and social time during their lunchbreak.
  • Where applicable may also be required to prepare rooms for dining, including setting out dining tables as appropriate.
  • Distribute meals and serve water where required.
  • Clear tables and collect rubbish, wash and stack away dining tables, water jugs and clean dining area as required.
