About the Role
The Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Hub Class Teacher. This role is ideal for a class teacher who is looking for a role that offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a difference across multiple school communities. Initially based at Marshland St James Primary and Nursery School, you will be part of the teaching staff and provide cover as needed across two of our geographical hubs—Wisbech/North Norfolk and West Norfolk—comprising a total of seven schools.
The purpose of this role is to work alongside colleagues in planning, preparing and supporting the teaching and learning of all pupils in your care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
- Have experience of working as a Class Teacher in a primary school
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
