Hours: 32.5 per week, Term Time (190 days)
Actual Salary: £19,351 – £20,959
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at [Employer hidden] for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team.
This role involves supporting children with additional needs to achieve their individual targets, both in the classroom and through small-group work in an SEND provision space. You will work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Team to help pupils access the curriculum, develop independence, and make sustained progress.

Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils to access learning and meet their individual targets
- Delivering adapted learning activities to small groups or individuals
- Observing and recording progress to inform next steps
- Promoting inclusion, well-being and independence
- Prioritising safeguarding at all times
