About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at [Employer hidden]. At Fulbridge, our overriding aim is to improve the lives of the children in our care. Our broad curriculum teaches academic and vocational subjects, promoting social and emotional development alongside reading, oracy, writing and maths. Our Physical Education, Performing Arts, Art, and Forest School staff are specialists in their subjects.
We are privileged to work with dedicated and enthusiastic staff, from teaching staff to support staff, who do their best every day to offer the highest level of education and support to the children in our care.

The Role
Working closely with the class teacher, you will:
- Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, both indoors and outdoors
- Undertake observations and assessments, providing regular feedback on children’s progress and achievements
- Adapt and deliver learning activities with individual children, or small groups, who would benefit from different learning approaches (as agreed).
- Encourage inclusion and promote positive relationships
- Prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing of the children at all times.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, parents and carers
- Attend meetings and training as required

Job Details
- Grade 6 – Point 7-12
- 32.5hrs per week
- 190 days (Term time)
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed Term until August 2026
