Role Description
[Employer hidden] (DEMAT) is seeking to appoint a PA to CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This hybrid role, based in Ely with remote working options, offers a salary of £33,000 – £36,000 per year for 35 hours a week. The successful candidate will manage the CEO's schedule, organize documents, handle correspondence, and support the senior leadership team. Required skills include strong organizational abilities, meticulousness, ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication, and a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the CEO executive schedule
- Organising and preparing documents, including disseminating papers and minute-taking.
- Organising correspondence and following up on pending matters
- Answering and directing correspondence to appropriate executives and parties.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Highly developed organisational skills
- A meticulous and thorough nature
- An ability to work to tight deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace would be valuable
- A high level of confidentiality
