About this Role

Are you passionate about early years education and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Years & Childcare Leader to join our friendly team at Soke Education Trust. This role is working 37 hours per week, Term Time (8.15am-4.15pm/4.00pm Fri working 38 weeks per year)

As Preschool Room Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our preschool and oversee our wraparound care provision, ensuring exceptional standards of care, learning and safeguarding for all our children. You will manage and inspire a dedicated team, support curriculum quality, drive continuous improvement and be the first point of contact for parents and the local community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Day to day leadership of the preschool and wraparound care
  • Act as one of the Deputy DSLs
  • Work with the EYFS Phase Leader & Headteacher to ensure the EYFS curriculum is of a high quality provision
  • Lead a small team of staff
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the community
