About the Role
[Employer hidden], part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant & Midday Supervisor. This role involves working 22 hours (including 2.5 hours Midday Supervisor) and a Cover Supervisor/HLTA role for 3 hours, totaling 25 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year. The total pro-rata salary is £15,250. The position is to commence as soon as possible.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
- Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor/HLTA
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
