Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

About the Role

[Employer hidden] has an exciting opportunity for a committed Senior Office Administrator to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. We would love you to take your place with us in this fantastic role!

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team, working 32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, with the working hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. The purpose of this role is to liaise with parents, collate information, answer phones and relay messages and generally support the tasks in the office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

  • Have experience of working within a school or office setting and have good IT and communication skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
  • Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
  • Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
  • Be able to work flexibly and professionally
