Our Associates undertake a wide range of interesting consultancy assignments for schools and academy trusts on a self-employed basis. We’re always keen to hear from experienced and highly effective Consultants who are interested in working with EPM.
Our Associates provide schools and trusts with high-quality advisory services within their own fields of expertise – such as HR, finance, leadership, business management, governance or project management. They quickly build trusted customer relationships while using their significant experience to help schools achieve their strategic goals amid complex and rapidly changing environments.

What do we look for in our Associates?
You’ll have a background in education with senior skills in one or more of the strategic fields which are key to success for schools and academy trusts – such as HR, finance, leadership, business management, governance or project management. However, we’re also interested in applicants from other sectors who can demonstrate transferable skills in those areas.
