West Row is excited to welcome a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our strong and supportive team.

This rewarding role will centre on working within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high needs—particularly in the area of communication. You will play a vital part in helping children access learning, develop confidence, and build the essential skills they need to thrive. Your day-to-day work will involve nurturing positive relationships, adapting learning activities, and creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood.
