Salary: £26,403 – £28,142 FTE (approx. £23,153 to £24,678 pro-rata)

Job Type: Full-time (Term Time + 10 days)

About the Role

The Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust (DEMAT) is seeking to appoint an Application and Data Technician. This is a 35 hours per week role, typically worked during term time plus 10 days. The position is based at DEMAT’s offices in Ely and our office at Weeting CofE Primary School, with some travel to academies across the Trust. Hybrid working is available, including some remote working each week. The role is set to commence in January 2026.

Candidates must be self-motivated, customer-focused, able to use their initiative to resolve challenges, possess great communication skills, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience using databases and/or school MIS
  • Have experience of using common user applications, i.e. MS Office, Google Apps
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
