Teaching Assistants

Join our dynamic Federation as a Teaching Assistant.

We are currently recruiting full time experienced Teaching Assistants in KS1, KS2 (28.75 hours per week) previous TA experience is essential. All positions are term-time only, 38 weeks per year, salary scale points 2 – 6 (£24,413 FTE to £25,989 FTE) depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with children
  • Has previous experience as a TA
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates high standard of both spoken and written English
  • Has high expectations of children and themselves
  • Is flexible, creative and upbeat
  • Is keen to support the class teacher’s learning and carry out interventions.

These positions would be based at one of our two schools; however, you may be required to work across both of our school sites.
