Job Description

Dry Drayton is a small, vibrant Church of England Primary School, set in rural Cambridgeshire. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our school. We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic cook to prepare fresh, locally sourced, home cooked meals for our pupils. You will be preparing approximately 50+ meals a day for our polite, well-behaved children and become part of our friendly and supportive staff team.

There may also be an opportunity to expand the role and help run a popular cooking club.

Requirements

• A minimum of Level 2 food hygiene certificate is required and we will support you to gain your Level 3 food hygiene and safety if needed.
• Knowledge of budgets and menu planning would be an advantage although training will be available as part of our commitment to staff.
