Contract: Temporary, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Salary: L.C.C Pay Scale – TA1 Grade 3 (pt 6-9)
Role Description
The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with children. This is a temporary role connected with a pupil in Year 2 with an Education Health Care Plan working full time ie 32.5 hours a week. The contract will be for term time only ie 39 weeks per year. Part-time job share will be considered eg 8.30-12.00pm / 12.00-3.30pm.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person who can demonstrate the ability to:
- Work creatively and independently;
- Work as part of our successful and friendly team;
- Show initiative and be self-motivated;
- Work independently with individuals and support the needs of pupils’ Education and Health Care Plans supporting behaviour and learning;
- Able to meet the requirements of the Level 1 or 2 Teaching Assistant Lincolnshire County Council Job Description.
