Must have experience of UK curriculum, ability to travel, own a suitable vehicle with business insurance and breakdown cover, and have a minimum of two days’ availability per week. A First Aid qualification is also desirable.
Teaching role, you will be working one-to-one to your own timetable. Based outside the classroom in a quiet community setting, or in the young person’s home, you will have the opportunity to develop an excellent rapport with your pupils.
[Employer hidden] is recruiting qualified Teachers, HLTAs and Tutors with SEN experience to work on a across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. We support children from across the key stages who have various needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD. We are looking for candidates with an understanding of SEN and Mental Health, who are dynamic and proactive, with strong behaviour management, having had previous experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. There is a requirement to plan lessons and activities and ensure pupil progress.
Salary:
Is in line with Teachers & Support Staff pay scales, in accordance with qualifications and experience.
This is a term-time only position, without guaranteed hours, on a self-employed contract. You will be paid for your timetabled hours (unless cancellation notice is received).
