Job Description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENERGETIC, DEDICATED, PASSIONATE AND FORWARD-THINKING FULL TIME KS2 PHASE LEADER TO JOIN OUR FEDERATION FROM SEPTEMBER 2026

Salary: Main Scale / Upper Pay Scale + TLR2

As a member of our Federated Leadership Team you will be responsible for all aspects of the relevant KS2 Phase. You will lead the teaching and learning and behaviour across your phase to ensure the highest standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced leader or someone who wishes to embark on their leadership journey. You will be instrumental in helping the school’s leadership team take the school into the next phase of its journey.
