About the Role

[Employer hidden] are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a fixed term contract up to 31/08/2026.

Starting salary: Grade 6 (£26,403 to £28,598) pro rata
Hours: 28.75 per week Term Time only

We are a happy, successful, two form entry Primary School located in Gunthorpe to the North of Peterborough. A member of the Soke Education Trust – a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) which includes Wittering Primary School, John Clare Primary School, Werrington Primary School, Northborough Primary School & Alderman Jacobs School.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and motivated TA to our school. This post would suit an experienced TA who is looking for the chance to make a clear and positive difference through the excellent support they will provide across our school for pupils. This will include targeted support on a 1-1 basis or a group of pupils on the SEND/Pupil Premium register.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is flexible and able to adapt to the individual, varied needs of the pupils
  • Can follow and deliver planning to a range of age phases
