FULL DESCRIPTION

Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in data gathering, management, and analysis, and will be adept at translating complex datasets into actionable insights. This role involves working knowledge with a variety of data sources and tools to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including databases, internal systems, and external market research.
  • Data Management: Manage and organize large datasets using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Utilize statistical techniques and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python) to perform both descriptive and inferential analyses.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights that drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
