Java/Liferay Consultant

Location: London

Contract Type: 3-6 months CONTRACT

Requirements

• Experience in architecting and implementing Liferay Portal and JSR 286, 168 portlets.
• Exposure to Inter-Portlet Communication (IPC) implementations
• Strong experience with Spring MVC and Liferay MVC
• Hands on experience in developing custom portlets using web services (SOAP/RESTful)
• Very good working knowledge of Portal Content Management System,
• User Administrations and Portal customizations.
• Extensive exposure on portal security configurations.
• Hands on experience on portlets and Liferay web services/API implementation.
• Excellent knowledge of Java & J2EE Technologies (Servlets, JSP) and Web technologies (HTML, CSS and javascript).
• Nice to haves would include agile project development methodologies/processes, and advanced test frameworks as we are looking at employing UI and API test automation.
