Maintenance Operative

Job Description

Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with a knack for getting the job done to a high standard? We're looking for a proactive individual to ensure our properties are in tip-top condition and running smoothly!

Your responsibilities:

• Handle repairs and project work
• Handle all maintenance tasks and stock management
• Ensure compliance with property contracts and safety standards
• Conduct building checks and report defects affecting security, health, and safety
• Perform monthly and annual maintenance checks and meter readings
• Escort and assist external contractors on-site
• Be a key holder for properties between Gloucester and Cheltenham

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Basics in any of the following (Desirable)
• Carpentry
• DIY
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Property Maintenance
• Fire procedures/ Alarm Systems
• Full UK driving licence required for the use of company van

Other information

The role is available on a part time or full time basis, Monday to Friday (either 30 - 37.5hrs per week).

We are offering a salary up to £29,700 per annum (Pro rata'd, dependent on hours).
