Are you ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to fast-track your career in the heart of London? You will be working directly under our Head of Mission Critical as a Delivery Consultant, resourcing A-star candidates for live positions on behalf of our international clients, in the Mission Critical Space.

This is ideal for an ambitious junior recruitment consultant with experience resourcing professionals across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Semiconductors, including lead generation and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Mission Critical candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates in your niche market.
  • Identify opportunities, pitch talent, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop consultative sales skills and market knowledge.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and directors to hit performance goals

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a candidate-facing recruitment role, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Semiconductors.
  • A driven, coachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to grow professionally.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and commute to Central London daily.
