About the Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Group Treasurer to support liquidity planning, cash management, and intercompany financial operations for a multinational organization in the DACH region. This position is 100% remote with occasional travel and can be structured as a part-time (50%) or full-time role.

In this high-responsibility treasury position, you’ll oversee liquidity planning, financial transactions, and treasury operations across several legal entities. You’ll also be a key contributor to M&A integration, hedging strategies, and digital transformation projects within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day cash operations and payment processing.
  • Support short- and medium-term liquidity planning and forecasting.
  • Execute internal financial transactions and document accordingly.
  • Maintain and support banking relationships and account openings.
  • Calculate accrued interest on intercompany financing and bank liabilities.
  • Reconcile liquidity balances using Bright Analytics and Tagetik.
  • Contribute to acquisition closings, payment coordination, and collateral processes.
  • Monitor monthly liquidity developments and prepare internal reports.
  • Participate in treasury transformation projects, including system rollouts and automation.
  • Assist with FX risk management and interest rate hedging after onboarding.

Required Skills

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a corporate treasury role.
  • Familiarity with the construction, mechanical, or plant engineering sectors is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury systems (e.g. Bellin, Coupa) is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and a structured approach to data.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on, collaborative attitude with high initiative.
