About the Role

A leading international manufacturer of aluminium-based solutions is seeking a Head of Business Development, North America to lead strategic growth efforts across the region. This senior-level role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across key industries such as automotive, construction, and rail.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new market opportunities in North America
Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners
Lead commercial negotiations and strategic business planning
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored aluminium solutions
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements

15+ years of experience in aluminium extrusion or high-pressure die casting (HPDC), with exposure to OEM and Tier 1 clients
Strong technical or engineering background combined with commercial acumen
Proven success in market development and business expansion within North America
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
