  • Oversee daily kitchen operations across our busy resort
  • Deliver exceptional, high-quality dishes with consistency
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef
  • Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
  • Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis - Various contracted hours available.
