Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on helping businesses scale through data-driven growth and automation tools. Their platform supports customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across the full funnel. Operating in a product-led, high-growth environment, they emphasize experimentation and building scalable growth systems.
They are hiring a Head of Growth to lead strategic initiatives across customer acquisition, activation, and market expansion. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and collaborate cross-functionally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the overall growth strategy across key acquisition channels
- Identify opportunities for acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
- Build, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams
- Define and refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Develop scalable growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks
- Support community, partnerships, and brand-led growth initiatives where relevant
Qualification:
- Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or strategic marketing within SaaS
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience owning end-to-end (full-funnel) growth
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
- High ownership and accountability mindset
Hands-on experience with:
- Analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau)
- CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Marketing automation & performance tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, attribution tools)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to creator economy, TikTok Shop, or e-commerce businesses
- Experience working with content-driven or community-led growth strategies
- Proven track record of building growth systems from scratch
