Social Media Executive

Our growing portfolio of boutique luxury hotels spans England and Scotland, including iconic properties such as The Vineyard, Pine Trees, and Meldrum House.

We’re seeking a Social Media Executive to help shape and elevate our digital presence across this exceptional collection.

This role is primarily based at our Head Office in Edinburgh with regular travel to other Monogram Collective sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each hotel in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Manager, maintaining a cohesive luxury brand presence.
  • Own and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and optimised publishing across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create high-quality, visually compelling content including video, static images, stories, reels, and copy for multiple channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform creative direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion community management through timely, brand-aligned responses and proactive engagement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, producing actionable insights and recommendations to support future campaigns.

About You

You are enthusiastic, proactive, and deeply passionate about social media, creativity, and luxury travel. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy contributing new ideas, and feel energised by delivering content that inspires and connects with audiences. You’re confident analysing data, spotting trends, and presenting insights to stakeholders all while bringing a solutions-focused mindset.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
  • Proven experience reporting on and analysing social media performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative flair and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Confidence in travel between hotel properties as required.

Preferred

  • Experience working within luxury hotels or luxury lifestyle brands (desirable, not essential).
