Real Estate Solicitor
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their Birmingham office. The role involves managing client caseloads, ensuring legal compliance, developing client relationships, and contributing to business development within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client caseload and deliver fee-earning work, meeting departmental targets.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm procedures.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while contributing to business development.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with legal trends and best practices through training and research.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years PQE in real estate law.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of matters.
- Excellent attention to detail, IT skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Eagerness to develop professionally and collaborate with colleagues.
