The [Employer hidden] is seeking a Student Services & Disability Adviser to provide support to students, focusing on mental health and well-being. About the Role

I have worked at the [Employer hidden] since 2017 and have been a part of many departments over my time with thanks to my first job as a Graduate Management Trainee. This scheme highlighted to me how important the university considers development of its staff from training, shadowing and secondment opportunities to develop your skills.

I currently work in Student Services picking up projects around student mental health, here they really appreciate the expertise you bring as an individual and are open to you expressing your thoughts and ideas on how we can collectively improve outcomes for students.

Outside of the university environment I run my own wedding transport business. The flexibility the university offers, particularly within Student Services, allows me to effectively balance both with an appreciation that I get the job done to a high standard.
