*please note, this is an initial 3-6 month inside IR35 PAYE umbrella contract that will require up to 3 days working onsite in London. Given the nature of the role, a valid DV clearance used in the last 12 months will be required. Applicants must also be a UK national or have dual citizenship

As a Delivery Manager (Data and Data Platforms), you will be accountable for the successful delivery of products and services, ensuring that teams are focused on the right priorities and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and supporting high-performing, motivated teams, removing blockers, and enabling effective collaboration. By applying Agile and Lean practices, you will drive continuous improvement and help the organization achieve its goals.

YOU WILL:

  • Manage delivery plans, capacity, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear delivery confidence
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and supporting decision-making
  • Use data, insight, and financial awareness to inform planning, prioritization, and balance cost, value, and user needs
  • Oversee delivery across the product and service lifecycle, working with suppliers and coaching teams to improve delivery capability
  • Apply Agile and Lean practices to improve ways of working and drive continuous improvement
  • Build, motivate, and support high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean practices with the ability to apply and adapt them in different contexts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, using data and insight to manage capacity, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Commercial and delivery awareness, including managing budgets, balancing cost and value, and supporting effective decision-making
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
