Salary: £27,000 per annum depending upon experience.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support person for a well-established company in the North Tyneside area.
Role
- Being a first point of contact for installation engineering queries.
- Offering troubleshooting advice via phone or teams
- Training installers
Requirements
- Ideally having held a technical support role for a company with installation teams
- A good understanding of electrical systems, or technical mindset around this.
- Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex systems
- Strong problem solving skills, transparency and willing to go the extra mile
- Must have excellent spoken and written English to be considered.
This is not a software support role; we are looking for people with an electrical or electronic bias.
