Manufacturing Supervisor
- Salary: £35,500 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
- Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays
- Location: Newton Aycliffe
- Contract: Permanent
- Availability: Preference for immediate start
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise a small team, manage production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient operations across the factory and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production and despatch operations
- Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and support a team of 5 across manufacturing and warehouse functions
- Ensure products meet required quality standards
- Oversee picking, packing, and on-time despatch
- Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with purchasing
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, pick & pack, and stock control
- Good planning and organisational ability
