Workspace: Onsite (with 2 days hybrid)

Salary: £13.47 per hour

Job Description

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for a Customer Services Advisor in Yeovil, Somerset.

Office based 3 days per week, 2 days a week hybrid.

Successful applicants will work as part of a team providing the first point of contact over the telephone, webchat, email, whitemail and face to face for all Somerset Council Services.

You'll be receiving inbound calls from the public, service users and other internal and external professionals and organisations.

The successful applicant can work from the Yeovil office or Shepton Mallet office (your choice) and your will focus will be on supporting customers contacting the council relating to Council Tax.
