Our aim is to help and assist service users in and outside of their own home, safely and independently, showing respect to each individual’s choice, wellbeing, privacy, and dignity, cultural, ethnic and religious beliefs. As a care / support worker you will be a vital member of our team. This role involves supporting vulnerable people to stay safe in their own home, to live as independently as they can allowing them choice and control in a person centred way. We have full and part time hours to suit, including days, evenings and alternate weekends.
