Your mission
In this role, you’ll shape how [Employer hidden] builds and scales its global technology partnerships — turning strategic relationships into meaningful growth. You’ll define and drive a partner ecosystem that expands our reach, strengthens our product offering, and creates new value for our customers.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll guide and grow a high-performing team while staying close to execution — building strong partnerships in EMEA and empowering your team to do the same in the US. You’ll connect the dots across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to bring joint solutions to life, ensuring partnerships aren’t just aligned with our strategy, but actively shaping it.
Your responsibilities
- You’ll own and execute the global technology partnerships strategy, aligned to [Employer hidden]’s growth and go-to-market objectives.
- You’ll lead and scale the global tech partnerships team, including direct management of the US Tech Partner manager, with scope to expand the team.
- You’ll shape and execute a global partner GTM approach, ensuring strong alignment and execution across EMEA and the US.
- You’ll own strategic technology partner relationships in EMEA, while overseeing US partnerships through your direct report.
- You’ll identify, onboard, and grow high-impact ISV partners to drive revenue, pipeline, and ecosystem expansion.
- You’ll build and scale partner programs end to end — from onboarding and enablement to joint marketing and co-selling.
- You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive integrations and bring joint solutions to market.
- You’ll develop and track joint business plans, translating partnerships into measurable impact through clear KPIs, performance tracking, and scalable operational processes.
- You’ll act as the global partnerships expert, guiding internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations.
- You’ll collaborate with the global partnerships team to align strategy and share best practices.
- You’ll mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and high performance.
Your story
- You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
- You have 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships within SaaS, with a strong track record of building and growing strategic partner ecosystems.
- You have proven experience managing ISV technology partners, ideally within the DAM industry.
- You have experience leading and developing small teams, and you’re excited to keep growing your leadership impact.
- You’ve built and scaled partner GTM strategies and programs that drive adoption and growth.
