- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
- Manage and resolve any care-related concerns swiftly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in home care, domiciliary care, or health & social care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
