FULL DESCRIPTION

Customer Support Administrator

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Customer Support Administrator for their Odiham offices in Hampshire. This permanent, full-time role involves managing daily inquiries, processing purchase orders, maintaining contract renewals, assisting with mail-shots, and providing accurate customer support. The position also requires general office duties and may offer administrative support for Jet-Care and Gas Path Analysis (GPA).

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with day-to-day enquiries concerning current contracts
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Ensuring that the contract renewal system is maintained
  • Assisting with mail-shots, and despatching information to Customers
  • Providing consistent, accurate, and timely support to Customers and members of staff, and ensuring all forms of communication are answered accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out general and routine office duties as required
  • Additionally, may be required to provide general administrative support in the Jet-Care, Gas Path Analysis (GPA), part of the business.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic, motivated, with a willingness to learn
  • Able to use initiative, and think independently
  • Multi-task experience, ability to work in a team, and good communicator at all levels
  • Logical and methodical aptitude with a good standard of written / spoken English
  • Confident with a professional and orderly nature
  • Accurate, outgoing personality, and a positive and constructive approach
  • PC literate, comfortable in electronic file handling
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using Sage 200 Professional is an advantage
  • Knowledge of foreign languages may also be an advantage

Job Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37½ hours per week, 7½ hours per day, plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Benefits: Annual leave 28 days rising to 33 days pa pro-rata (inclusive of Bank/Public holidays), work related contributory pension scheme, free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
