Salary: £12.00 per hour
Hours: 33-44 hours per week (nights)
Job Type: Full-time

Main Purpose of the job
Provide high-quality care and leadership to our night-time team.
What you’ll do
- Oversee resident care plans and ensure their well-being.
- Delegate tasks and support junior staff.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a care home environment, preferably in a senior position.
- Care Certificate preferred (but not essential).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate nature and ability to work under pressure.
