Our Client

We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing beauty brand who are making serious waves across the UK and international markets. With a strong presence across digital, retail and social channels, this brand is continuing to scale and evolve at pace. They are now seeking a Brand Manager to join the team and take ownership of delivering a cohesive, 360 brand experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver end-to-end brand campaigns across multiple channels including social, retail, digital and OOH.
  • Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, product, sales and external agencies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Translate brand strategy into impactful activations across online and offline channels.
  • Oversee content direction to ensure alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to enhance in-store brand presence and visibility.
  • Support the development and execution of social-first campaigns and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity.
  • Manage timelines, budgets and project delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive brand growth by identifying new opportunities across channels and markets.

You Are:

  • A 360 brand thinker with experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of brand growth drivers.
  • A confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative yet strategic, with the ability to bring ideas to life end-to-end.
  • Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced in delivering campaigns across social, retail, digital and OOH.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and up to date with trends and innovation.
  • Proactive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
