Our Client

We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a luxury fragrance distributor based in the Midlands, who are seeking a Finance Manger to join their thriving and expanding business. Working closely with the CEO, you will oversee full financial operations, ensuring efficient cost management, strategic financial planning and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements to present to the CEO.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to the CEO.
  • Manage and overseeing the accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as production costs, overheads and inventory turnover.
  • Track and control production costs, material expenses, and labour overheads.
  • Oversee tax planning, filing, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Conducting regular audits.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Oversee working capital, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory financing.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement for the business.

You Are:

  • Analytically minded and problem solver.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Organised, efficient and detail orientated.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or CIPD/ACCA Qualified.
  • Proven experience within a Finance Manager role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain optimisation desirable.
